She has been built in 1940 by Akers Mek. Verkst. A.S. in Oslo. New building number 479.
Propolusion: Two B&W 7 cilinders two-stroke diesel engines 8400 bhp each. Two four blades propelers.
Range 15090 nautical miles at 15 knots.

06.01.1942 - U-boot's support vessel
June 1943 - base vessel for 27th U-boot's fleet
01.08.1943 - target vessel for 24th U-boot's fleet
since 1944 - navy transport vessel
16.04.1945 - attact from soviet L-3 submarine. On April 17th 00:40 local time sunk with approx. 7000 peoples who lost their lives.
