Launched on November 10th, 1942 by Robert Jacob City Island, Nowym Jorku shipyard. She was BYMS type vessel. Her given name during service in Royal Navy was "BYMS-2211", then during her service for Polish Navy her tactical name was "DF" and "T-31" later. She join Polish navy on April 19th, 1948. She has finshed her service on June 26th, 1957.
